have any of you guys been turning up to boost or hopping up 603 turbo motors? if so what have you tried? I have been thinking about intercooling my sdl and turning up the boost.

 

I have not touched mine as I have the 3.5 rod bender.
If you can figure how to replace the cross over tube w/ an intercooler (a la subaru) pls. let me know.

 

replacing the crossover pipe with an intercoller will be pretty easy.pretty much all that will have to be done is the ends will have to be cut off and mated to a pipe end to redirect the tube to run through an intercooler before going into the intake.

Now you need to get airflow thru the IC...In gasser subies ~11mph airspeed is all that is needed.
