Howdy 
Many questions about my 1998 E300 Turbo Diesel:

1-Remainder “ Service required in 600 mi” is ON
Resetting method recommended in the Manual:
" Key pos. 2, push “0” twice…….” doesn’t work.
OBD II Scanner also not helpful 
ANY ADVICE???

2. My tranny maybe requires some service. COLD’ “easy” shifting 1-2 is OK.
Shifting from 2-3 seems to be some problem. It isn’t smooth, and I can
say, it is causing engine to temporally “slowing down” .
Shifting above 3 is NOT problem. When COLD on 2,000 rpm and above
“buzz noise” is noticeable.
Would it be beneficial to replace Fluid and Filter to fix problem or not ?
I have: new filter, “Funny” dipstick and knowledge “how to change” ATF
Next question: is the Full Synthetic Mobil 1 AT Fluid correct for my
Transmission?


3.Does anybody has any experience with :
- Akebono Euro Ceramic Pads
- Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads
- Hawk HPS Street brake pads ?
I’m seeking for a GOOD quality and low dust brake pads.
