I know some members here have posted that these engines are bad but I have a 1992 with 286,000 miles on it and it's still going strong and a 1994 S350D with 186,000 on it and it still runs great! Maybe I was lucky but they aren't all bad. Sure I've had the 5 cylinder engines get over 350,000 miles but
some of the S350D engines are still running strong.

I just joined this site today to ask if anyone knows where I can get
1) prechamber shims std and various thicknesses? in stock
2) piston pin bushings...in stock
3) turbo cartridge....a good brand

I am building a 1995 S350D engine and need to get a few items.

Also, are there any sites that have Mercedes parts and exploded views, like the dealer has, to order from with Mercedes part numbers. Free sites are better.

For the parts they had, Peach parts prices were the same as the dealership and twice the price of other online sellers.
