1992 300D Electrical Problem??

With the ignition off, there is a buzzing sound coming from the fuse box, or the smaller black box just behind it. Have been having electrical "glitches" such as the sun roof opeating on its own and trhe driver's power window which goes halfway up, then powers back down....can't close it. Also a brand new battery went dead. Seems power is draining somewhere.

No. I purchased it brand new.
