1984 300D: lights, turn signals and ignition keep blinking out
 

I'm getting intermittent power to lights, turn signals, and most troublingly glow plugs and starter motor ignition. If I try to start the car, everything goes out for 5 minutes, and then mysteriously comes back. Some kind of relay issue? Any idea which relay(s) to start looking at?
