1984 190d starting problem

If I park my vehicle on a hill engine up when I go to start it in the morning it does not get any fuel. If I roll it to flat ground it will start. I put an electric fuel pump on it to see if that would help and it has not. Is there any one out there that might have some insight on my problem.

Fuel pump is all I can think of. How full is the tank?

Out of curiousity, how many miles are on it?

I also have this issue with the same car. It's done it to me several times :(

Sometimes going up my hill driveway I get a loss of power from the radio, which returns in a few seconds. But if it sits there in the driveway, engine facing our house (hill up) I can't get it to start in the morning.
