Okay i have a ton of questions

Does any one have a picture of the engine (om696.916) explaining what each component is? just to help.

besides the fluid changes what else should i do for a 1k mile trip?

I had to saw off the screw that adjusted the alternator to get it off does any one have any idea where to pick one of those up?

The AC is there a good place to do a core swap my has seised?

 

For a picture of the engine get a service manual. As for the bolt any parts store will have one, just take the pieces with you for length, diameter, and thread pitch. The A/C parts there are several places on line, as well as local parts stores. My favorite is Autohaus AZ I've never been sent the wrong parts, and the prices are reasonable.
