Just bought a 190-D last week, expect delivery soon. It's supposed to run but I have some questions:

1) should I consider a diesel additive? I know modern diesel is low-sulfur.

2) what should I do/check first? Change the oil? What brands are recommended?

3) Is there a good source for tires? I'm hearing r13s are hard to find.
