cleaning interiors

Hi All,

Anyone know the best way to clean the interior of a mercedes car (non-leather) without having to use a specialist car valet.
And any tips on cleaning the rubber door trims (the ones that give mercedes the sound proofing around the doors)

The only reason I brought up Meguiars was their forum is a great place to discuss troubles a person may have fixing a car appearance issue...just like we do here.
