W211 Speaker grill dissasembly??

Default W211 Speaker grill dissasembly??
Hello, I have a 2003 E200 Kompressor. I want to take the speaker grill off the door panel. Does anyone know how one does that without breaking it? Thanks alot beforehand!!

are you talking about the large door speaker or the small triangle by the window? must remove door panel to do that the correct way. the triangle pops out by hand

Thanks alot!. Unfortunately it is the big one, however I might have to remove little one too. The whole right front door is scilent.
