I have a mercedes benz C180 1997 auto. My radio was stolen recently and i bought another original radio on eBay. Unfortunately, upon fixing, the radio requires a code which the seller doesn't have. How can I get one? It;s a five digit code. Here is the extract from eBay for the radio:

"ORIGINAL RADIO AND HEATER CONTROLS HAZARD SWITCH AND SEAT ADJUSTER SET IN WOOD EFFECT TRIMHAS COME OFF MERCEDES C180 1996 REGISTERED FULLY OPERATIONAL"

i need the Serial number then i can get it for you. might be a 10 or 12 digit number preceeded by S/N *********

Thank you for the reply but unfortunately i can't find the serial number. I have look everywhere on the radio! I m trying to attach photo of the radio but files too large! Any ideas how can i send the file to you or upload to you.
