PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I need to remove the radio in my 2000 ml320. I got the 2 radio removal keys. The right side clicks in and i can pull it out, but the left side the key just slides all the way in and never clicks. What can i do to remove the radio????? I tryed twisting and turning and nothing seems to work. Help PLEASE!

 

try moving it side to side.

if can't pull out, use more effort, put something on the key handle so it won't cut your finger. see what's the most possible angle to take it out.

the problem is....it doesn't lock. The key just sinks into the hole and freely moves in and out and to all sides. Is there anyway to pull out the radio by only unlocking one side? or is there any other way to get to the lock other then holes on the buttom???
