Mikbox Installation
 

Does anyone know of an experienced installer for the Mik Box in central Florida. Here’s the situation: we purchased the mik box + V551 cradle a couple of years ago and had it installed locally.

They did not have any problems with the installation and I even tested the phone before leaving. Since then it has not worked as it should with crackling, battery issues, etc and my dad is looking for another solution for the MB integrated phone problem.

Unfortunately, I’m in Ohio and can’t trouble shoot this over the phone so instead of abandoning the mikbox all together and going to another system, I’d like someone to take a look at it to see if it can be “salvaged”. Do you know of anyone in Orlando/Tampa, etc that is experienced with the mikbox that he can take the car to?

Def wish i was in Fl right now...it's very painful...at least it's warming up...kinda

we tried to troubleshoot using the information on mikbox website...i even sent an email to mik himself...given his busy schedule and unfamiliarity with computers, etc it will be very difficult to solve remotely...just thinking it's easier to have someone take a look who knows what they are doing...

anyone know a good installer in Florida who is familiar with mikbox?

He's in central florida...about an hour and half from Tampa or Orlando..
