Default Audio 10 CD player

I have a 2002 E320. It has a trunk CD changer. I would like to change to an indash radio and CD player. I have looked at an Audio 10 MF2910. Part #A170 820 03 86. Does anyone know if this will work in my car?

i replaced the audio 30 in my carwith the alpine audio 10 cd. there was quite an improvement in the sound quality, alot more bass presence and all the functions, cd in trunk, phone and built in cd work fine, the audio 30 was without a doubt a disgrace to put in such a fine auto, they should be ashamed to associate it with the mercedes name. i think the audio 10 cd has about 25 watts per channel. it's fine and does the job. if your a fanatic or want "perfect sound " then go ahead and spensd the money on an amp but i'll tell you the audio 10 is fine. I'm a musician and i'm enjoying it. .i replaced front speakers with pioneeer 61/2 door speakers and i think the rear deck could be replaced too as soon as i figure how to put in a pair of 6by 9's without too much cutting. it was plug and play and took about ten minutes if that. hope this is helpful.

Does anyone know if there's a firmware update for this unit that enables it to play MP3?
