2006 Vito Sound 5 volume control stuck at low level
 

Can anyone help, the volume control on my radio which is a Sound 5 has stopped working and is stuck at a very low volume. This appears to be since the van was plugged in to check for error codes, not sure if it is a coincidence or if that could have caused an error. Any help appreciated.
