2002 S430 Audio Upgrade?
 

I just bought a 02' S430 and Im having trouble finding a installation kit and wire harness for my car. I want to upgrade everything in my car(Head unit,all speakers, and add a sub). The way the dash is built it seems like there is no installation kit therefore Im wondering if U can change out everything w/no problems. Ive seen systems in S-classes before but dont know how they did it now that I have one. I dont have alot of audio knowledge tho I have had a system in a few of my cars(I just buy the equipment and pay to get it installed somewhere). Is it possible to keep the stock HU and run subs and amps in this car?I want to get this done ASAP so any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanx.

yes it can be done. Check out my website www.azwerks.com. we have done 30-40 s430 and s500 with complete audio systems and also just interfaced with the factory however that has its drawbacks. There is no over the counter dash kit. what we do is modify the mercedes radio bezel to house a double din headunit like the pioneer avic-z2 and refinsh the bezel by airbrushing it and laying a clearcoat over it.
