I had this problem... after a dead battery, the relay which opens the power window ever so slightly when the door opens, and closes the windows tightly when the doors close was INOP. Lots of internet research.. nothing. My memory then told me that I should with the car running, close both windows and hold the switches in up position for five full seconds... Presto, a reset, and window relays are back in operation! This is both a question and anwser in one posting.
