Default need hellp noise when accelerating w215

Hey, I need some assistance here, I have a Mercedes CL500 W215, and I've been having some problem, I left my car at a garage to change the rear hydraulic fluid hose and when I got it back from the garage, it started to make a noise when I accelerate, it sounds at first like the sound is coming from the rear left side, at first I thought this was from the exhaust but when the vehicle is no longer moving / accelerating that sound isn't being made so it can not be from the exhaust. After the sound I can smell burning rubber and when accelerating it also rumbles the car as if you were driving on white strips on the outer edge of the motorway (not sure what they are called).

Thanks!

Default

the burning you smell is probably just hydraulic oil burning off the exhaust or the engine. did you take the car to an MB dealer? has far as the noise your hearing its hard to say. maybe your exhaust pipe or muffler rubbing and vibrating on something, could many things, there are many steps and prcautions to take when performing this repair.
