Need help...the car won't turn over...nothing. Ruled out car alarm, battery tested and charged, voltage tested on Park/Neutral switch and still nothing.
The odd thing is, when turning the key on, all the warning lights come on, but none ever go out as usual. Any ideas what I am looking at?

the lights won't go out unless the car starts running. you should check to see if you are getting voltage at the starter solenoid (the smaller of the 2 wires going to the starter.) if yes, then check the starter. if no voltage while key turned to start, i would double check any aftermarket alarm wiring and associated relays.
