Red face Cls 55 amg power loss

Hi i have a 2005 cls 55 amg
after it warms up and i drive it a little hard the s/c cuts out and then sometimes comes back on when i drive slow for a while
i've pluged it in and it comes up with coolant pump, charge-air cooler
error detected.....i have changed the pump and the same happens so i take it it's not that
any ideas ?....
