I have lately notised on my ML, skip in any of the 6 CDs playing in the changer when my transmission shifts from first to second gear. Now, as I pay attension to it, I can catch it happen at least ones a day. My tranny has 30K miles on it now, running smooth, no jerk or hard shift when this occures. First I was blaiming it on scratched CD but all of them are good and the timing shift plus sound skip is perfect. Is there anyone with simular problem?Would anybody know if tranny module and CD changer are sharing same power or ground wiring? It feels like too much amperage draw with momentarily CD changer shut down. Thanks in advance for any help or experiance that anyone could provide.
