Hi

I've planned to change oil and in my 6-step automatic gear box for a C230k -2001.

I have searched for an instruction how to do it but I have not found anything.

Anyone who can help?

I have done this job on my C230K w/ automatic transmission and due to the nature of the job and how messy it can be doing it under a jacked up car in the garage, I would humbly suggest you take this one to an independent garage who does a lot of MB work and let them do it. Normally I wouldn't say that, but doing it at home is a big mess. Also, you need to know exactly what fluid to use, exactly how much, where it goes, how to drain it all, how to put the filter in, how to seal the pan, etc etc. So.....for the money, I think it's worth letting a shop do it. Don't want to discourage you from doing it, but I think it's money well spent. And I do all my other work on my car too. Hope this helps you. Thanks for your answer, after looking into it more in details I reevaluated my thinking.. I will have it done at a shop instead.
