1987 300 SDL Turbo Diesel For Sale
1987 Mercedes 300 SDL Turbo
I'm moving to Italy, so I must sell this great car. I won't go into how great these 300SDL's are, as you already know. Let me tell you about the car:

This car has been maintained immaculately. My uncle bought this car from a mechanic who specializes in Mercedes, here in San Antonio. It was a present for his wife (the mechanic). Then, my uncle bought it around 1999 from the mechanic. My uncle had it until 2005, when I bought it from him.
It has always been maintained, oil changed every 4000 miles with synthetic oil for diesels, fuel filters changed every 12,000 miles along with air filters, flushing of antifreeze and so on. The engine was rebuilt by the mechanic. The reason…The original owner drove it and let it run out of oil after he broke the oil pan. He took it into the mechanic to have it completely rebuilt along with anything else on the car..this was in 1996 or 1997. The mechanic rebuilt the engine and fixed everything else, and the total bill was around $20,000. So the original owner just gave the car to the mechanic as payment.
It runs perfectly, just put in a new alternator and new motor mounts last year, along with a new oil pan and new transmission pan (they start to leak after about 10 years).
This is the extra long 300 model, there is so much room. David Kehl of Kehl motors specializes in Mercedes. He has worked on this car and lists it at $8,300.00.
Asking: $8,300.00 minus a $1,100.00 new paint job = $7,200.00 (I’m giving you $1,100 to get a new paintjob) The clear coat on the car is starting to peel, so I wanted to give you a discount off the price, so that way, you can take care of it yourself.
