Passenger windshield wiper does not work drivers side does?
First time Mercedes owner - 2003 c240 wagon 4matic.
On our maiden voyage after the purchase I drove North to PA from NC - it started to rain and everything was fine for about 150 miles (rain during that time) and then the passenger side windshield wiper just stopped working for a time then tried to reengage but just kind of flopped without any "real" follow through and then stopped completely.
All visible linkages are intact under plastic guard and where connection bolts go into the fire wall etc... There is no tension on the arm when I move it back and forth.
Is it relatively easy to remove the apron covering the mechanism underneath - any concerns or precautions when removing nuts etc...from wiper bolts?
Please advise...
