2005 E320 for Teen driver?
Hi all!!
I don't really do forums or ask questions on www but hear it goes. Could use any advice from informed individuals regarding 2005 +/- mercedes owners. I have a new teen driver (responsible, and I hope stays that way) desiring something other than the family beat-up minivan. Can't blame him.
I will be performing all maintenance on car (as usual). I like the looks of the E320 and so does he. My question to you all, any models to stay away from due to inherent design/mechanical issues? Want his car to be safe and somewhat reliable. Any input?
Many thanks in advance....

Look salty. If you are really confident that your son is responsible then the E320 is a great reliable car. I think you will love to drive it as well. Also, i think we can say that the E320 is great for family transportation. Meaning, you will all find good use to it not just your son.
However, please keep in mind that the E320 needs an expensive scheduled maintenance.
