I am a brand new member here and I am looking to buy an SLK 230,since its always been my dream car.

I was looking for used one...like 1999 or 2000....

at autotrader I found few I liked but wanted to get some reaction from you guys what you think,about the price and miles etc...and if its worth and what not.

Alot of SLK 230's I have found were either 1999 or 2000 models...with miles around 65 -80.000 miles.....for around 13 to 15 grand...

I ws wondering now, is an slk with around 70.000 miles considered alot of miles forBenz??? and what about the price wise?

I currently have a Mustang 2003 with 68.000 miles and I wanna sell it to buy SLK....

any tips, about what year and miles I should watch for....

I mean I know Benz can last a long time...I have a buddy who has a 190 E, with 320.000 miles and had never an engine problem.to this day.

Well any impact opinion is appriciated. Maybe you guys could tell me,what year SLK U guys have,how many miles and how much you guys paid.

Also how is the SLK during snow times....having Mustang rear drive as well,I know its actually a disaster but manageable....how about SLK?
