The solenoid on my mono valve on 87 560SL doesn't work. I know you can't get a new one. Has anyone found a replacement from another model Mercedes ? Years ago you could buy an universal temp control valve. it had a type of cable you mounted under dash. Do they still make these. On my 48 FORD I have a bypass valve on cylinder to heater but you have to turn it on and off under hood.
