I'm enjoying the 96 Sl320 and it's character but thinking it needs to be tightened up a bit... just a little "loose" on the highway...

Just completed a "Highway" trip of a little over 300 miles each way, (what did that speed limit sign say?) mostly in the left lane... only once in a while one would go blurring past like I was idle...

The question of the day is: Has anyone installed a "Strut Tower Brace" or Bar on this vintage SL ? And if so... where does one find such a part?

The internet search brings up "MILLIONS" of eager parts supply companies
but it does not bring up this unique part...

I've installed this type of reinforcement on other vehicles with noticable improvment in driving habits...
