Default 77 450SL very hard to start cold!

I have a 77 450SL, I live in AZ so it never gets cold but if it sits overnight, it takes me 5 minutes or longer to get it running. I replaced fuel pump, filter, accumulator, relay, cold start valve, timing, plugs, wires, warm up regulator, just about everything. can find no vacuum leaks. After it gets running, it runs great, it is like it doesn't get gas for a few minutes. After a few minutes or so, it seems like it gets a shot of gas and revs up but then dies, it does that until It sputters its way until it finally runs, then its fine. It starts fine when warmed up, I am baffled, I found several vacuum diagrams and they are different an some have parts that don't even exist. I really don't have the money to put it in the shop and nee to sell it as I lost my job and can't sell it if it won't start in the morning. Anyone ha such a problem? It just seems something is keeping it from getting enough gas when not warm but I can not figure it out. Does anyone know anyone know anyone in Phoenix that is good with these? I could really use some help. Thanks in advance, Bill from Phoenix
