Hi all,

I recently spent a week with the 2013 SL550 courtesy of Mercedes' press fleet, and absolutely loved the car. The retro styling elements are nice, but the car's power is what really impresses. I found myself searching for onramps so I could floor the pedal and hear the exhaust note reverberating off the jersey barrier. I'd like to hear from owners of the R231, and those familiar with the car.

Actually I'm not familiar with the type of car you're referring, but an article I read might help you decide. It says there that the high end car maker Mercedes-Benz is recalling a small number of its 2013 SL-Class vehicles.
