Question w140 s320 1995 wiring harness

New to the forum. I'm looking at a '95 s320 with 66k for $3000 and the harness hasn't been changed. It is also due for trans filter and fluid, steering damper etc? (shimmy in steering) flex disc vibration, seat control needs replacing. And the car seems a bit sluggish. I had a 1997 s320 which I thought was a bit sluggish but this one is definitely more so. It's a one owner "driven like an old lady" doctor's car. It also had a light hit in front years ago and hood and bumper, headlights and rad support etc. were replaced. I'm torn as I'd love a car with these miles but it seems like it could either be a great move or a disaster and the price is firm. I spoke to dealer who's been servicing the car and he said as long as nobody is removing the valve cover and monkeying around it should be fine. I didn't see any deterioration at what little I checked. Any input would be appreciated.
