Default 2005 S430 'Pre-Safe Unavailable'

interestingly, i had a rear sunshade problem, i rechecked fuses, and hit the switch, the shade finally went down. Tried to put it up, it moves an inch and makes some noises..i figure its the motor. Hit the button again, the shade is down, and i will leave it there! Now after this, the 'Pre-Safe Unavailable' warning light appeared...this has not been an issue ever...are the sunshade and this warning related somehow? How do i reset, or recalibrate things to get rid of this light?

thank you

Rick

No they are not related items. Your presafe issue can be caused by the passenger seat is not normalised. A bad or defective seat belt buckle, a wheel speed sensor, Windows not normalised. Could be a number of things.
