I have a 99 ML430 with non-zeon headlights. I need to replace the bulbs (which I already bought from the dealer). Can anybody give me instructions on how to replace the bulbs for the headlamps?

In the back of the headlight, there is a black cover that you have to take off. Once that is off, you simply twist the bulb out of the socket and install the new one in WITHOUT touching the new bulb

Could you please be more specific about removing the black cover ? I am afraid to i might break that plastic cover. Thanks in advance.

 

I did it. Push down the tab on the top of the cover. It's in the owner manual.

I just had my head light go to so I goto MB parts/Service dept. buy the bulb then as Im leave the guy says "you changed one of them before " I say no but I'll figure it out. He yells Hey Michelle Change this guy's Bulb for him. OK right away I think Great I dont Want some Dumb *** Chick changing a simple Bulb for me Then Michelle Comes from The Back office and then I think She Can Change Any thing she wants She SO HOT!! no kidding any way My next exwife comes out changes this bulb In 30secs (while the wife stares me down from the pasengers seat) this gal was a Pro at it I have never seen a Girl work on a car and know exactly what they were doing and Looking so good too. Well I have to go try and burn my other bulb out Later
