air con pump
Dont know if any of you guys out there can help
Reading in earlier post that the 2004 w163 350 has a air con pump that is constantly engaged (ie no electric clutch, more demand driven ) if the car is run with no gas in the system (though hopefully switched off by having no gas) will it cause the pump damage

Hello and welcome to the forum! Not sure I understand your question entirely - take a look at the link below. There is a clutch that engages the pump.
