Default Help with my drive shaft

I was having issues with my ML320. The guy who fixes it says a bearing is gone in the rear drive shaft. He isn't sure but thinks I might have to replace the whole drive shaft. So my question is, is it possible to just change the bearing or do I have to do the whole drive shaft?

Thank you so much! You just made my night I was really worried about the expense of doing the whole drive shaft.

not sure if there is aftermarket available or not but I think they are around $200 bucks for the bearing. and about 3-4 hours labor.
