Default Cannot move 2003 ML500 with no brake pedal pressure.

Hi folks:
After sitting for a few days, the brake pedal went to the floor when I attempted to take the transmission out of park. I found no obvious evidence of a brake fluid leak, and I filled the reservoire, but I cannot pump up any brake pressure. I cannot take the transmission out of park with no brake pressure, so I cannot move the vehicle.
Is there any way I can get it into neutral so I can have it towed, or trailored to a garage?
Thanx

No, I haven't tried pumping the brake pedal by hand. Is that any different than pumping it by foot?

Thankyou ForcedInductiion:
I pumped the pedal by hand and immediately got pressure. Then I found a fresh puddle of fluid on the ground, about a foot ahead of the left rear wheel.
Is there an easy way I can isolate that line so I can drive the car to the garage?
