Have 74K oncar..It has stalled twice now..had to wait a few minutes and it will start back up..No engine light, 3/4 gas in it...Wife said the gas cap seemed real tight trying to undo it yesterday getting gas...Any valve that may be stuck or plugged.Any ideas would be great..

 

Sounds an alot like a crank sensor. Not to bad to do an 112 engine. It's on the left hand side all the way in the rear of the engine where the bell housing bolts to it.
I don't think there a high price item just need a small inverted torx to remove the screw.

 

Yep, $70I think....I wil start with the CPS...OF course I have to buy the inverted torx....

Replaced the CPS...So Far So good....Drove it all weekend...I Got the part form German Star, $69/79I think....Had to buy the torx Bits,of course (Sears)..That was the second set of torx bits I havehad to buy for this car..
