Is the GL450 towable? I would like to get one to tow behind my motorhome, and didn't know if anyone knows if it can be towed on all 4 wheels.

Did you find out if the GL450 is towable? We would like to tow ours behide our Prevost. I would appreciate any response that you can provide.

 

It's my understanding that 4 wheel drive MBs cannot be towed "4 down" and must be trailered. Apparently the manual trans vehicles can be towed this way if you can find tow bar adaptors. I'm trying to solve the dilemma of towing a RWD GLK with the drive wheels on a dolly. Which means the front wheels will be turning backwards at hiway speeds. Any ideas?
