Default Towing a GL450

Is the GL450 towable? I would like to get one to tow behind my motorhome, and didn't know if anyone knows if it can be towed on all 4 wheels.

I don't know the answer to your question, but this forum is a little lazy for the G Class. Go to benzworld and pointed three and post your question and you'll have an answer in minutes.

Are you towing it on a trailer or are you flat towing?

It's my understanding that 4 wheel drive MBs cannot be towed "4 down" and must be trailered. Apparently the manual trans vehicles can be towed this way if you can find tow bar adaptors. I'm trying to solve the dilemma of towing a RWD GLK with the drive wheels on a dolly. Which means the front wheels will be turning backwards at hiway speeds. Any ideas?
