Is There a Way to Test the Crankshaft Position Sensor?
In terms of resistance..with a meter or something...
I have it pulled out.
And if there are any Super Knowledgables out there. Why are two CPS's listed for the ML320- one (aka) Reference Sensor is interlock single and one is interlock double .

voltage (alternating current):
>2.0 ~ volts cranking
>5.0 ~ volts idle speed
resistance at 20 degrees centigrade:
bosch: 925-1255 ohm
AB electronics: 610-750 ohm
