1 have a 2008 g500 and after getting car washed a door open message appears for passenger. I have the automatic door lock at 5 mph and that seems to be messed up also. The open and close door lock switches on the dash also will not work.

I assume since I cannot see any traditional type switch in jamb that it must be a magnetic type of switch on the post. How the heck do you get to it?

 

I have a 2003 G500 and it just started doing the same thing that yours did. What's even more strange is that the lights do not blink when I lock the vehicle now as it use to, but they do blink when I unlock it.

Did you ever fix your problem and if so how?
