Suspension Sensor A0105427717
Has anyone measured the ohms for the suspension ride height sensor? I took one out and am seeing 57.7ohms between pin1 and pin4 regardless of rotating arm position. No continuity at any time 2-5 3-6 1-5 1-6 2-4 2-6 3-5 3-4. Is this part supposed to be a potentiometer (variable resistor) based upon rotating shaft position? Pin numbers are as per numbered labels inside the connector area of the part number A0105427717.
Thanks for any info.

Answer to my own question
It is a hall effect sensor. With connector upright, if you apply 5V to pin 5 and Pin 1 is grounded, then Pin 4 gives you a variable output voltage of 0.5V at about 30 degrees angle for lever position towards mounting screw hole, 2.5V is output for upright position, to 4.2V at 30 degrees for lever at the other side past upright. This position sensor has a limited range of about +/-30 degrees for the lever either upright or pointing straight down from connector. Anything past the max angle will either give 0.5V or 4.2V. This info may be useful to others for adjusting suspension height. It did not seem like other pins 2 3 and 6 give an output.
