I everyone i have a problem with the audio of radio not comig out, today when i start the motor the baterry are very low because my auto stay 1 month in garage and now the battery are full but the sound of radio doesnīt work anyone can help me???

you might want to do a hard reset and see if that does anything. disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 20-30 seconds then reconnect. otherwise pull the radio out and check the fuse it may have blown

Thanks for reply i make the hard reset and nothing happens, i donīt verify the fuse for the command because the command works so the sound does not work, i think when the fuse explode the command not power on!!! Or the fuse can make the sound not work???

Probably you have a problem with one of your MOST component.I suggest if you have one or more MOST component, (MOST component-control units that are related to your entertainment sytem.This connected as a ring by an optic-fibre) you can do a test by disconnecting the socket for the oftic-fibre and if you have a "passive" (passive is available only in the workshop but there is an option of using a rbber hose,cut enough lenght (e.g. 1 1/2 in) and insert the optic-fibre and see to it that both end reaches each other and make sure the light that emitted in the cable does not escape from the hose.Otherwise you cannot have a good result.By doing so,first switch off the COMAND.Do this thing to the other component if no good result.You do this to bypass the possible defective component.If sound is working then you got the answer to your question. You check also the COMAND if the signal red color light from the socket is working in and out.
