Default Help! Heated/Ventilated Seat not working

Hi, I have added heated and ventilated seats in my 98 E430. I have the seats installed but a few problems. The seats move up and down and backwards and forwards with no problems. The seats do not heat or cool. Also, the lumbar feature seems to not be working. One the left side, the led display works when I press the button for heating and cooling but nothing heats or cools on the seat. The fans underneath the seat do not come on as well. The right side led display does not come on at all. Does anyone have any suggests or instructions to repair these issues? Please help. Thank you in advance for your support.

you added all the proper equipment? the car didnt originally come with those options? control units usually need to be programmed for things to work correctly.

The car did not come with this option originally. I have all of the factory wiring completed. I bought the OEM wiring harnesses from Mercedes. It plugged directly into the seat. The air lines are ran to the pse pump as well.
