Default AC probem..Please help ;)

Hi

I have a problem with ac in my car, 94 mod. W124 250D.

The compressor start and run for 1 sec. and thats it.
Just had service on the ac system, where they changed ac gas,
but they didn`t found out why it won`t start.

I have changed the A/C Pressure Switch (http://www.paragon-products.com/prod....820.83.10.htm)
whithout any luck.

The klima ralay behind the battery is working.

The fuse is also in order. The comp. starts (1.sec) when I switch the fuse
no. 7. on and off.

Any ideas on what this could be?

Could it be the exspansion valve maybe?

The one behind the battery?
I am sure that this is working.. (I can hear a klick)
The part nr. on this is: 003 545 5205.
When do you know that the relay is broken?

(I`m from Norway, so sorry for my good english.)

Install 12V light bulb in parallel connection to your compressor clutch (you can see the wire and connector) to see if the voltage will drop or will stay on from your relay to make sure that the clutch winding is OK. Your relay may click but contacts could be burned off not making good connection. Or you have lost refrigerant charge by now and pressure switch is protecting your compressor circuit.
