Default passenger seat not moving (fwd/bck)

2001 clk cnvertible the passenger seat stop working fwd/back. The mechanic was able to "jump' it and move it, so I assume the motor works. He said it may be the convenience panel(?). Has anyone had this problem... what could it be?

Its a blown fuse. fusesdont blow forany reason. If the fuse keeps blowing then you have to replace the seat cage..
