Question drivers power seat

I have a 2002 430clk cabriolet I originally fixed a problem(THANKS TO THIS FORUM) of a blown fuse #7 which was preventing the seat to move back and forth. My wife thought she may have lost an earring in the car. I put the seat all the way back so that we can look for it. When I tried to put it back to where it was. The seat would not move. I checked all the fuses with a multimeter. they were good. I checked underneath to see if there was an obstruction. I did not see anything. I did some research and found that it could be a module or a relay. I do not know where to look for these items. If anyone has an idea about where to look or fix this problem. i would really appreciate it. i am at wits end trying to resolve this.

Thanks
