ABC Error
Hey guys, I am new to the forum and wondering if anyone has any information on an ABC going defective then coming back. My ABC keeps working then not working, is there anything I can do to remedy this problem ? As you know this disables the air shock as well.
Thanks,
Joe

RE: ABC Error
yes this is correct, I apologize I am up late. When the ABC goes defective both of these are not able to be turned on, but then the next time I turn on the car they both work, sometimes on drives it fails and then comes back. Do I need a new SAM unit ?

RE: ABC Error
no.
what's the warning message? was it red (priority 1) fault? eg. stop car too low, visit workshop.
SAM got nothing to do with it except supplying power.
does the suspension go up and down when driving? does it go down (level) when parked overnight?

RE: ABC Error
Well this is the thing, when I start the ignition sometimes it will already have the error on the screen. But sometimes it wont and then it will go up and down perfectly. How low should it be going when it is sitting? Sorry I am new to the Mercedes line, I have always owned BMW's. I love this car though I just want to talk with the enthusiasts on a few ongoing issues. It has the full lorinser sideskirts front and rear kit, with the 20 inch lorinser wheels. I will get a few images to see.
Thanks for your help!

RE: ABC Error
i need to know if the suspension level is going down during overnight parking.
it must not go down so as to conceal the tires beneath the fender, and was it front or rear.
tonight, put a masking tape on all wheels to the fender. the slacks can give you an idea.
more than two centimeters drop is not normal. valve leak.
