We need to get into the wiper assembly in the front windshield of a 1994 Mercedes C220. The wiper blade will not move, except by hand. We have been told that it is possibly a loose bolt or the bushing? We cannot figure out how to get the cover off of the assembly. Any thoughts? Anyone had to fix this before. Thank you.
