I just got in my 2006 merecedes c230 and the radio was working fine before I got in it and right after I went into the store and came out and turned on my car the radio stopped working. All the buttons still work and I've played with the mute and it's not turned down and I'm not getting any sound. Do any of you know what the problem could be?

 

usually the amplifier depending on your radio some are integrated into the radio and usually the premium sound sysytems have a seperate amp. also try pulling the fuses for the amp or radio and you might have success.

 

Where is fuse chart on r500

 

R class does not have one.....at least i never came across it. usually in the driverside dash panel on the very side where the door meets the dash. but im pretty sure it does not. ive had to replace fuses for the cigar lighter many times and i always have to look at the schematic to find the fuse. most of the fuses are by your spare tire in the back under the floor area on the right side.
