Default Please, still need help resetting C350 service display

I've been looking for the longest time on the internet.I can't find any instructions on how to reset the service display on a 2006 C350.The display shows that the service is overdue.I read somewhere that when the display shows overdue,it's harder to reset. Can someone please help?

key in position 2...go to service due screen on the cluster with wheel buttons..then hold the button on the cluster in for a few seconds then it will say to push the button again. so release and push the button again holding the button until it beeps or says service counter has been reset or youll see 10,000miles till next service or 13,000 till next service.
